The guide recommends a properly supportive mattress to get a good nights rest- an uncomfortable bed can rob you of up to an hour’s sleep every night.
For those who resist getting a new bed cause the old one still “works”, this can be the difference between a good nights sleep and a bad night- with a tired and irritable day to follow.
