Is a firmer mattress going to be right for me?
If you're a preferred back/front sleeper or are of a heavier weight group, you would generally be the right fit for a firm mattress. For the latter, your weight can be evenly spread out of the surface of the mattress, feeling like every part of your body has been properly supported throughout the night. As for those preferred back/front sleepers, your lower back will receive the correct level of support to promote natural spinal alignment. If you prefer to sleep on your side or you're of a lighter stature, you may be better suited to a softer mattress.
