This mattress is deep so the bed is high. It is firm, slightly firmer than anticipated but supportive. I found the ‘buttons’ to be uncomfortable as I was not used to having these on my previous one so I added a mattress topper which has made this better.

Am very pleased with the mattress we bought, I needed one with more support as I have back problems and this mattress fits the bill perfectly, it`s taken a few days to get used to it but I`m now getting a good nights sleep whereas before I woukd frequently wake up as I was in pain because our old one had barely any support at all and now I wake up pain free having had a good nights sleep

I bought this mattress for my mother and she said it was the best sleep she’s had in years. She also said my dad doesn’t roll down to the middle, as much now. The delivery was so fast too, with a friendly professional driver. I will purchse one for myself, as soon as I can.
This is a great mattress, have not had any complains so far. The mattress has just the right amount of firmness which helps my back pain.
best money my partner and I have spent in a long time! Now when he roles over I don't go flying into the air. it is bliss. its fairly firm (you can't bounce up and down on it like a kid but it's got give in it) which i like because it offers a lot of support for my back. It is much deeper than our old mattress so some of the fitted sheets we had don't fit but the newer ones do. I also found it easy to buy fitted sheets that do fit. In my mind it has all been worth every penny for some very good sleeps!!
