Additionally, the breathable Tencel Lyocell sleep surface boasts a silky and sumptuous feeling and is also woven to allow airflow and transport moisture away from the bed for an optimal sleeping environment. 

As alluded to above, the aptly named Plant Based 1200 features plant-based materials culminating in a mattress featuring responsibly sourced fibres that are low-input and high-output. With this in mind, you can sleep easy knowing your new mattress features self-sufficient and farmed materials with minimal use of pesticides or fertilisers. Similarly, the plant-based comfort layer is made using a combination of bamboo, kapok, flax and aloe vera, sustainably sourced from nature, then designed and adapted using Silentnight's expertise in sleep research.
