Very good service Mattressman, the mattress was delivered flat not in a roll does not do the mattress any good. Very comfortable the firmness supports my neck and back and the layer of memory foam nice and soft for comfort and stopping those pressure points. We purchased the Pocket memory Ortho 1000 and a base as it was time for a change and wanted something that would benefit us both Back pain etc well this has surely made a difference both of us have slept through the night instead of waking up in agony Thank you mattress man for yet another great purchase !

It`s early days yet, but so far so good, it`s a massive improvement on what i had before and i was worried about memory foam being hot, but it isn`t its lovely and comfortable

Very comfortable and soft, the memory foam doesn’t look like a lot but you can definitely notice it working when you lay on it.

So far Snuggle Beds Pocket Memory Ortho 1000 is super comfortable, although it feels softer than firm at a touch, when you actually lie down it provides good back and body support and there isnt any roll out from the sides. Delivery was quicker than predicted in the conformation e-mail, however nobody called in advance and arrived at 8pm so I got lucky someone was at home to pick it up so unexpectedly.

Happy so far. Only owned the Matress for two weeks but happy so far. Used to have lower back pain but now sleep much better. Mattress is slightly softer than expected but as a side sleeper this is ideal. Seems to be holding its shape but early days yet. Sleeping much better than on old mattress.

The mattress we purchased is ,( as described by Mattressman ), medium firm,warm and comfortable. The wife was complaining that the old mattress was causing back aches and this new one has resolved that .

As others have noticed it seems very soft when sitting on the edge but when it has your full body weight it’s warm and supportive
