Where Do We Deliver To?

We deliver FREE to the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight and a charged for service to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern and Republic of Ireland. We aim to offer Fast Delivery, however some areas such as Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey are a 3-5 day service.

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?
We offer a FREE NEXT working day (8.00am – 6.00pm) delivery service to the UK Mainland (dependent on delivery area) on all orders over £45 received & security checked before 4pm. Orders under £45 incur a £7 delivery charge .

Once we have cleared Payment we will dispatch your items. Although all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday or for your selected date. We use a carrier to deliver on our behalf and as with all carriers delivery is 99% guaranteed. If there are delays or part deliveries that we are not responsible for, we assure you that we will rectify the error as soon as possible.
Our carrier offers additional services such as a before 1.00pm delivery at an additional cost of £15.00, or a before 9.30am at an additional £35.00 if you are in a rush. If you require any additional help with your delivery we also offer a two-man delivery service which will take your purchased items to your room of choice for an additional £20.00 (Not next day delivery). Please Note - Our 2 man service is only available to UK mainland customers
Do We Deliver at Weekends?
We do also offer a Saturday delivery (8.00am – 6.00pm) at an additional charge of £30.00. Orders need to be placed by 4.00pm on Friday previous to delivery day.
What Should I Do When My Order Arrives?
It is very Important that you check the items upon delivery before signing. If the box shows signs of damage please refuse items on purchasing this item you agree to these conditions.
Can I Come and Pick My Order Up?
COLLECTIONS: If you are located in our local area you are most welcome to collect from our warehouse in Norwich, Norfolk however please call us first to arrange on 0333 577 5773.

Warehouse opening times are Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.
What Will My Delivery Involve?
If you live within our Local Delivery area (East Anglia/London/East Midlands/Isle of Wight). We deliver most goods to these areas using our own vehicles and our dedicated dispatch team. A driver and drivers mate will take the items to the room of choice, but please ensure that any breakables are stored away. We also offer a disposal service in these areas which must be booked and paid for when placing the order. Please use our postcode checker at the top of the page to view your delivery options.

All of our National orders are delivered by ONE MAN (unless a two man service has been specified and paid for when required), to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property.
Do you offer a Disposal Service?
Yes, we offer a disposal service to our local delivery areas, and you can add this service in the checkout process. We can only dispose of like for like items, so for example if you are buying a new mattress, we can then dispose of your old mattress. We cannot dispose of sofa beds, or if your item is soiled. Our drivers have the right to refuse disposal if they feel the item is soiled. If you wish for your bed to be disposed of, please make sure the bed has been dismantled, whilst a divan set will count as 2 items. Please note, a bed and a mattress counts as 2 items, so you must be buying a replacement bed and mattress.

Our disposal service costs £20.00 per item.
What if I Need to Return My Item?
We only accept returns within 14 days from delivery date and are still brand new in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.

You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at the charges that are listed in our Terms and Conditions. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we can not be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.

If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

This enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.
Are You Able to Call 10 Minutes Before Delivery?
