I initially ordered another bed frame from mattressman but was contacted by the company the next day, who were very apologetic because the frame I ordered was no longer in stock, so I ordered this one as it was the nearest, looks wise to the other one, it was a lot more expensive, but the staff at mattressman were so kind and helpful and didn't charge me anything extra. When the bedframe arrived (very quickly) we couldn't believe how lovely it was ,and such fantastic quality, it looked like a very expensive solid piece, we are so happy with it and so impressed with the mattressman company. This is the only place we will shop for beds in the future. Thank you to all the lovely staff at mattressman. X

I would recommend buying from Mattressman as a company. Their customer service is top rate. The bed once put together is sturdy. It was purchased for the guest room and the guests tell me it is comfortable and they have a good nights sleep. The only reason I have put 4 star for quality and assembly is because the first head board had a manufacturing fault - it was replaced straightaway without any issues at all. On assembling two people are required to push in the side panel whilst it is tightened. Apart from this the assembly could be carried out solo. Would buy from this company again.

Lovely looking bed, two of us assembled the bed in an hour. One important screw was missing and had to make do with another type and the instructions were tiny, quite hard to decipher. The bed has been used and it’s comfortable, doesn’t move about and the mattress fitted perfectly. Very pleased with the waxed finish and the look of the bed and I think it’s good quality for a decent price.

The bed comes with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Although it's recommended to assemble it with two people, I managed to do it on my own without any issues. The bed is very sturdy, and the wood has a beautiful color. I've been using it for two months now, and it feels great. I highly recommend this bed for its excellent value for money.

After reading previous reviews I can 100% agree, this bed was easy to assemble, great value for money and made to great standards at this price point. The delivery was fast however it did come on two different days ( delivery company issues and not sellers). I will happily look here first for beds in the future, service and product A++

Came in two boxes all good but I think we will add to the support underneath. It’s just one screw going into a piece of wood on its end (two of them) . If we side the bed about, that will soon break, so I think we will brace it somehow. Also, one more slat at the bottom of the bed. But other than that. For the price it is excellent
