Miracoil springs

Silentnight have found a new way a mattress can deliver on sturdy support through a system of interwoven springs that run vertically (head-to-toe) along the bed. Without doubt, the best mattress that I've ever slept on. My last mattress was a 'memory foam' disaster. It's memory was just too good. I weigh ten stone. But the pit my hips left was there the next night. Having no springs to jog the foam's memory by pushing it back out again doesn't seem too clever, methinks; says the thick git that bought the thing... I can't comment on durability, though, having had the thing for less than a week. I have a recurring bad back; muscular not spinal; the muscles around my coccyx spasm, apparently, and leave me twisted in some hideous shape. I wrenched it yesterday. Getting into bed/on to the new mattress was absolutely analgesic. In a nut: ace mattress!

This is a great budget silentnight very firm matress, I need this for back sleeping and with a little matress topper it's perfect for me. I am very petite so it makes the matress extra firm, it doesnt suit other members of the household as they are side sleepers and this is too firm for them. I like the prices and delivery service of matressman and it is my second time using them.

When they say this bed is firm, it really REALLY is, it should be labelled as extra firm. Myself and my partner both wanted an firm mattress, but this is next level. We had to purchase a mattress topper to take the edge off a bit as it hurt my hips, but with the topper it is now perfect. We're happy with our purchase and would recommend, just be aware it is VERY FIRM.

This mattress is brilliant. I replaced the one I had bought 9 years ago with the same mattress as I found it was so comfortable so why change the type if satisfied with what I have. I didn't realise I needed a new one as there were no dents in the old one but the difference is amazing. I have had such lovely good night sleeps on this one I would recommend to anyone.
