How do I know a medium mattress is right for me?
As we spend a third of our lives in bed, it's important you get the mattress that's right for you. Medium mattresses are a happy midpoint between softer and medium-firm mattresses, making them great for people who like to interchange between back and side sleeping throughout the night. This is because healthy spine alignment will be promoted through cushioning around the shoulders and hips for side sleepers, whilst the mattress is firm enough to do the same for back sleepers. Having said this, if you're of a heavier stature then it's advised that you opt for a firmer mattress that will support you properly.
