This was the most worthy upgrade for a mattress I ever had. The mattress is firm, but comfortable but anything is better after having springs from an old mattress making sleep increasingly difficult. I suffer from regular back and hip pain (21, but feel 71) but this mattress has significantly improved my sleep for a very good price.
