A nice bed overall, and functional as a guest bed. Quality control seems to be lacking - our first headboard arrived damaged and unusable. A replacement headboard was sent (which was more convenient than sending back), however this too had damage - fortunately usable, but marked as if it had been knocked in the warehouse. Slats are okay - annoying they are packaged with packaging tape (the one with the string) making it hard to remove - they're not visible but annoying none the less. Easy enough to assemble.
