The product was delivered on time as scheduled. It had a few little imperfections on the finish once up. I would most likely not purchase this again as there were 264 screws and other parts to install which is worse than even Ikea products. Expensive for something requiring that much work to install. The finish will need constant wiping down as it picks up grease very easily. However Mattressman were easy to deal with and I would purchase from them again.
