Really Happy with the bed and service, took about 2 hours to build, just take your time , read the instructions and check you have all the parts, it all went together really well, it is a 2 man job though, we were missing just the patches , we contacted you guys and they were sent out in a couple of days, fab service

Instructions followed until nothing left & aside from some impatience from partner all went well. Note the mattress needs to be on the frame for the hydraulic lift to work. A paint chip & small splinter make it slightly imperfect but needed it put together. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.

Excellent bed really good quality, however it's really important you follow the assembly instructions carefully because I missed an important bit and ended up bursting through the laminate on the side of the bed making 4 holes so take care!!! Overall it's a brilliant bed and I'd recommend it.

The bed is lovely but didn’t come with instructions so had to search the internet. It took about 2 hours to assemble but you will need an assist definitely at the end
