I wanted a metal bed due to having pets and wanted such a bed for hygiene reasons having pets that sleep on my bed.almost all beds on the present market are these fabric Devine type beds that mark easy and tear and rip and cannot be cleaned easily.there are limited metal beds on the market and most have no style or look and are made cheap, I spotted this bed and it arrived. I will simply say buy this bed if you are wanting a quality stylish modern metal bed. ( it’s fantastic / the best ) I cannot fault the bed. The finish is simply perfect.it’s quick to assemble as well.one thing ( you may want to buy some washers because I feel you need them and they are not provided ) how ever washers £3 don’t let that put you of buying this bed ( buy it and you will not regret it ) had for several weeks and no problem, some one else mentioned space of slats but I do not think this is a problem at all there are plenty of them to support mattress , mine is a spring mattress and it’s fine. Hope this helps you decide

So pleased to find the Birlea Montana during a search for a metal bed. It’s a really good quality modern looking bed frame. It is a shame the foot board isn’t a little taller as I wanted to use a deeper mattress. However found a reasonable mattress to fit and it looks great in our spare bedroom. Definitely would recommend this frame and Mattersman as a company. They were very helpful when seeking advice and delivery was on time.

Excellent, first time I saw it I was in loved, really love the design, and always thought from the website that it would be a strong bed because of her legs and I was right, very comfy bed, and very sturdy, and easy to assemble, i done it myself!
