Yes it is value for money and a great design, as I am 77 and the assembling was a little bit harder than if I had been 50 but after I had fixed it to gather it looks great solid, I also fitted Caster's on all 4 leg bottoms so it would be easy to move around the casters came with locking brakes so the bed would not move about GREAT SOLID BED. Good bed, supportive slats. Just a bit concerned that when I sit up in bed there might be too much pressure on the headboard joints as there isn't as much solid wood as my previous wooden bed. Mitigating by placing cushion between wall and bed to prevent any movement
