We have now used this mattress for 3 months as a replacement for an Arthur Sleep King Arthur 5' King Size Mattress provided under Mattressman's 60-night sleep trial. The difference in the pillow top comfort levels from the previous mattress were immediately obvious and have been sustained now for 3 months and we would recommend this product to anyone seeking a medium to firm mattress suitable for side, back or front sleepers. Product quality feels and looks high, durability so far is good but only time will tell the full story. Don't be put off by the 'Ice' name - it may be slightly cooler to sleep on than some mattresses (a good thing in our opinion) but it certainly isn't it Ice cold! Overall a great mattress which we will be keeping for a long time. Also great service by Mattressman in honouring their sleep trial promise and arranging same day collection/delivery for the exchange.

Incredible mattress. I went to the Thetford store in person and James Walthew manager there educated me that what I had learnt on the net about mattresses was all wrong.. It is about the number of springs, not the firmess if you have a back issue. This has 3000. Then there is the topping - so it feels soft, but you do not sink... that helps the neck - as soon as I started using this, my neck pain of 2 years started to disappear, as it moulds into the spine for me, a side sleeper. Took a while to get used to after my firm one the last 20 years, but now it is like sleeping on air. Brilliant customer service and delivery too. Super local company now gone big.

What a lovely quality mattress with the ice topper to the mattress.after chatting to sale lady if she had my previous purchase on the system from last address,she found the mattress I purchased years ago.i said I wanted one similar.she suggested a few to try on display and I kept going back to the one she suggested because of the ice feel cooling topper. Great price compared to the big brand names. Love it, thankyou for the suggestion mattressman

Arthur Ice is a replacement for a Nectar mattress (sadly), and it did not disappoint. Amazing, cooling feeling to the touch - however you should use the mattress protector, so not going to be used really. The mattresss feels quite firm. Has brilliant side support. I cannot feel any springs. Sleep is great. A bit pricey, but does feel amazing. Fingers crossed it stays this way, as I only had it for about 3 weeks.

Very comfortable.I was told it may take a few days to get used to it, well it took zero days. I slept like a baby from night 1. So comfortable and cosy. Thank you for your advice Mattressman, perfect. Delivery was brilliant and the guys were great, so thank you to them too.

It's a great, frim Mattress. I've been using it for a month, only time will tell bout durability but so far, so good. I was looking for a very firm mattress that won't colapse when sitting on its borders. It's the only one I found that fills my requirements.
