Very good product, sturdy, strong and easy to put up. Exactly what we wanted and needed.

its ok but not value for money

Turned up and both doors were damaged from manufacture, not from delivery. So didn’t bother to even look at anything else as wanted it either replaced or refund, was told I had to take everything out of both boxes which was lots of items to inspect, make a list of what was damaged and they would send replacement parts. I don’t have the space or time to do that. So told them I just want a refund, but before they will do that I have to put things back in the box, tape it up and then send pictures of it done before they will come and collect it. So if I would have taken it all out to inspect it there is no way I would have got it all back in the boxes as they did. I work away so I can only do this when I get back at the weekend. The boxes weight nearly 40kg each so can’t even ask my wife to do it. So then this will hold my refund up even further. All of this because the company they buy from and sell to us obviously don’t have a quality check department. Was no offer of just sending me out a new one and taking the damaged one away at the same time. You don’t pay good money just to have to do lots of donkey work yourself, you buy these things in good faith that it will turn up in the way it is sold to you online in glossy pictures. So for all this hassle I can not and would not recommend either of these companies to anyone. I hope I am just a 1 in a million that had a bad experience but how bad this product was I wouldn’t think I am. This is just one of the doors, the first picture is the front and the second is the back, I have shown both so you can see it is not the wood that is damaged it is the paint or lacquer, and this passed there quality checks. Not good enough.
