We have been using these pillows for a week or so now. They are much firmer than our previous pillows, and took a couple of nights to get used to them. Very happy with them now. Can’t talk about the longer term benefits just yet though.

It says for side sleepers which I am, and I have to say it is a very comfortable pillow. I have only had it 2 weeks so I can't comment on longevity but it seems well made so should last. So far I am very happy with this pillow.
