We had bought a "Hotel Rest Deluxe" mattress from Mattressman the week before and were so pleased with it that we ordered the headboard and divan. We are also really pleased with the quality of the headboard and divan. I found the website easy to navigate and the process of ordering really straightforward. We went for the design package which is great value and has a wide selection of options to choose from. Delivery was all to plan and the delivery men on both occasions were very courteous and accommodating. I had cause to email customer services with a query and received a very prompt phone call back from an extremely helpful lady. A great experience start to finish.
