Excellent bed, looks great in the room. Good quality, heavy and has a presence. Two things to keep in mind: The instructions seem to suggest you need a carpet under this, otherwise it may be unstable - I’ve put it in a carpeted room and there’s no way it will move, especially with the weight of the mattress etc Second, as previous reviewers have also mentioned, bed slats are impossible to put in place by force of hand, or indeed by a hammer. I literally stood on each one of them (ie used all my body weight) and managed to get every slat in place without breaking anything. It is a design flow I suppose, but once they’re in, you have an amazing bed at a really good cost.

Looks great and more expensive than it was. Takes to to assemble. Alan keys supplied but you also need a string hand to press in the plastic holders for slats. They were tricky and hard yonpress into holes, but don't be put off by that, just be informed. The assembled bed was worth it. Really love it. Mattressman and their delivery people kept us informed at every step of order and process. Would definately return when I need another bed and would highly recommend to others.

I love the bed. We have been searching for a while for a decent bed which contains brass so we thought we would try our luck with this one. I have to say it is absolutely stunning. It was easy for my husband to assemble and it just completes our bedroom.

Can’t fault it at all. Quality bed at great price. We absolutely love it. Looks like it cost a lot more than it did. Easy to put it together, so easy I did it by myself.
