Stanley who works at the Lakeside store provided excellent service when we visited the store to buy a mattress for our granddaughter. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and provided us with a range of helpful solutions.
Quality service No hard sell when buying our mattress, just great service from Stanley (Lakeside) who actually listened. Mattress arrived when they said it would and no hanging around waiting either. Would completely recommend them.

Yes. For a small charge we collect your old mattress when we deliver the new one, and it is recycled rather than sent to landfill. Ask in store or add it when you order.
