I ordered two of these beds. We only received the two rails of the second bed and no headboard or anything else. I got in touch with Mattressman and spoke to very nice customer service people who did their best and eventually the rest of the bed turned up but then didn't have the fixing kit. I got in touch with Matressman again and asked them for one but i then decided to call the Manufacturer who was brilliant and sent me one out. The beds are lovely and I can't fault them but it was one big hassle due to the couriers getting it wrong.

Great bed but a little tricky to out together. We were doing so well and then realised the headboard was back to front!! Few of the screws provided had rounded heads luckily my husband had some the same size!! Maybe a good idea to number the parts to just make it that little bit easier but a fab bed for the price changed the look of my bedroom room dramatically and more comfortable than a divan

The bed was delivered quickly and professionally. I was unsure what to expect of the quality from this bed given the price of it but I was amazed. All of the pieces were finished to a great standard and the bed was easy to put together. I’ve now had this in my bedroom for a couple of weeks and it both looks and feels great. I’d definitely recommend this product.

What a great company Mattressman is, from first ordering to delivery we were kept informed.The bed is of really great quality and was easy to assemble ( so the hubby said)I was little sceptical of purchasing it from an online company but I had nothing to worry about. First class bed and first class service.

I PURCHASED THIS BED FOR MY GUEST BEDROOM. ITS MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE .. THE COLOUR IS MORE OFF WHITE THAN WHITE WHICH I DONT MIND .. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BEDFRAME AND COMPANY.

Very impressed by the way everything, including screws and fixings, was labelled making it easy to assemble. Final assembly is very sturdy and doesn't creak or wobble. Very pleased with the bed.
