Amazing bed for the price! The lift up design for underbed storage is brilliant, so much better than drawers. Looks fabulous and very easy to assemble using the video instructions. The paper instructions are however terrible! So do use the video and not the sheet - the video could do with being a bit slower! Took me a couple of hours to build. Annoyingly one part was missing but was quickly despatched. The Mattressman customer service team were friendly and efficient.

Nice bed, smart and sturdy. There were 6 washers missing from the pack, luckily my hubby had kept all the fastenings from our old bed. Floor cover on the bottom is a bit cheap an naff, but it ant be seen. Unfortunately lift mechanism won't work because mattress i bought is too heavy, maybe a maximum weight warning should be put on the site. Son is very happy with it!

Really nice bed with good instructions helping make assembly relatively trouble free. As with all things like this there are left handed and right handed parts so check before spending time assembling the wrong way. I did buy a second one for my son's room and am very impressed.

Even if I wanted to, I can't complain. The installation was simple, the bed blends in nicely with the rest of the bedroom furniture. Delivery was fast and efficient. I sincerely recommend the site Mattressman and the bed.

Good ordering and delivery service. Assembly instructions could have been clearer. Headboard wider than bed so we had to rearrange furniture around it as this is fixed so no way to swap it. Very pleased with end result.

Great product with lots of storage. Instructions were relatively easy to follow, you need 2 people for assembling really to make sure everything lines up but happy with how near it looks in my son’s room.
