What is the delivery process?
Here at Mattressman, we pride ourselves on next day bed delivery as opposed to standard delivery. As a result, all of our beds are eligible for next working day delivery (8.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday) anywhere in the UK mainland, provided the product is in stock - varying from our range of divan beds to king size purchases and any other bed frames. For fast delivery beds, you can rely on Mattressman.
Where does Mattressman deliver to?
Here at Mattressman, we deliver to customers anywhere within the UK mainland, not merely selected postcodes.
Does Mattressman offer free delivery?
Our next day delivery beds (8.00 am – 6.00 pm) are eligible for free delivery within the UK mainland (dependent on the delivery area).
Does this include mattresses too?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all beds and mattresses.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, beds are eligible for Saturday delivery. However, this falls outside of the criteria for free delivery. For any Saturday deliveries, an order must be placed by 4.00 pm on Friday before delivery day.
Sunday is also available in a limited capacity for select postcodes. Add your bed to the basket and proceed to the first stage of the checkout process upon entering your postcode.
Does Mattressman deliver outside of the UK mainland?

How does the delivery process work?
You've just placed your order, your bed is on its way, and you are patiently waiting for it to arrive - the perks of next day bed delivery.
What you may not know is what your delivery will involve: If you live in East Anglia, we will deliver all beds using our vehicles and our dedicated dispatch team. Please use our postcode checker at the top of the page to view your delivery options.
All of our National orders are delivered by one (unless a two person room of choice service has been specified and paid for when required) to the premises' front door or first accessible ground floor door. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and is not insured to take any items into your property. With beds delivered fast and efficiently, your dream bed frame will be with you in no time at all.
Does Mattressman offer a disposal service?
You have added your dream bed to the basket. You are eligible for next day delivery. You have redesigned your room of choice, and it promises to be the grand centrepiece you have always desired. There is just one issue. Your current bed occupies the bedroom.
With this in mind, we offer a disposal service to our local delivery areas, which you can add to the checkout process. Please note can only dispose of like-for-like items, so for example, if you are buying a new bed, we can then dispose of your old bed. We cannot dispose of sofa beds or any soiled items. Our drivers have the right to refuse disposal if they feel the item is soiled. If you wish for your bed to be disposed of, please make sure the bed has been dismantled.
Please note a bed and a mattress count as two items. Therefore, you must purchase a replacement bed and mattress to dispose of the mattress and bed. It's also worth noting that our divan beds count as two items. For further details regarding our disposal service, please ring our customer service team, who will be happy to provide advice and answer any questions you may have. Our disposal service costs £30.00 per item and is only available with our bedroom delivery service.
