Would a medium soft mattress be right for me?
If you have a lighter stature, then a medium soft mattress is more suitable for you. However, if you are of a heavier stature a softer mattress can cause aches and pains since it wouldn't provide you with the support you need. Side sleepers will also benefit from a medium soft mattress since it would give you the cushioning you need around the hips and shoulders in order to support a healthy and natural spinal alignment. However, if you would prefer a slightly firmer mattress, we do sell the Eco Comfort Breathe 2000 - Medium Firm, this would have all the benefits of the mattress but with a slightly firmer tension which may be more what you're looking for.
