The Grand Duke mattress is avaialable in both medium and firm tensions, and is filled with the finest quality natural fillings, including wool, silk, cashmere, and temperature-regulating cotton. The silk adds a soft, light, opulent feel.

The Grand Duke is softer than its predecessor, the Duke, and contains all of the same features, such as the British Bed Company's exclusive bulldog border, which reinforces the sides of the frame so you can sleep right up to the edge of the mattress and still feel perfectly supported.

Consisting of a whopping 2000 pocket springs, the Grand Duke is the ultimate mattress when it comes to providing you and your partner with all the comfort and support you could possibly need.

Please note that 4' mattresses or smaller don't come with end handles, however side handles are still provided. On 4'6" mattresses and above, end handles are provided.

I have been through a number of mattresses, standard springs, coil springs, memory foam etc. I have struggled with heat in bed so I went looking for a natural fibre mattress and I am plenty happy with this one. Switched my duvet from goose down to mulberry silk too, combined with The Grand Duke I can sleep a lot cooler. :) I would also add that as a medium I find it very firm, but not uncomfortably so.

Oh my what a mattress! I`ve tried many over the years (some more expensive with big promises attached) but none have been as comfortable as this. Delivery excellent next day for this mattress web site has useful information and easy to navigate, having had the mattress for over 6 months i am very pleased that it is as comfortable as 1st week of use. Although heavy good to follow advice to turn it at regular intervals. It`s been a great buy for the price.

Great, now when I get up in a morning I feel fresh, my lower back pain gone and my back feels straight. I recommend this one for comfort and medium firm is perfect choice for me and my partner (I`m 87Kg she is 60Kg) Before we had memory foam stuff two times failed in king size for couple. Maybe we had to buy 2xsingle but we never tried to go for this option but now we are happy with our choice and great service from mattressman

very easy to deal with, only a short time between ordering and delivery, Was informed by text the day before delivery and they delivered in the time frame given. All parts of the bed were taken upstairs to the right room for me to put together so no complaints whatsoever.

Very pleased with the bed, it's very sturdy and appears well made, good quality. Can't fault anything about it, pleased with the product and the delivery was reliable and easy. The bed is different to anything we'd seen on the high street. Would definitely recommend the site.
