The colour was the same as I expected but the smell of the fire retardant was too strong that I had to leave it on the balcony for a week before we can put it on the bed in the guest room.

I have to say in a lifetime of having goods delivered i have never before met two men of this caliber. They really worked hard to get the mattress up the stairs. No way would they give in. A real credit two them both.. Danny.

Very quick and efficient company the…

Very quick and efficient company the bed was easily put together and mattresses are very comfy. I got a telephone call to tell me the date and advise it would be an all day delivery it was DX which is a 3rd party courier with one person. The courier unfortunately was less than helpful and dragged the bed from the van across the muddy garden and over the wall to then inform me he wasn't allowed in the property.

Thanet branch.

Thanet branch.I went in to see about getting a new pillow. I have been in the store 3 times, seeing Stevie, Vicki and Martin. I have brought 2 pillows which I'm very happy with. The staff on all 3 occasions came to help me quickly but without me feeling like I had been hounded as soon as I got in the door. The staff were also very helpful and polite. I would like to say a big thank you to all 3 staff members and will be back there to choose a mattress soon.
