Maze Warranty Information:

• All products carry a 1-year manufacturers warranty and this covers the structural frame and defects . 

• Cushions are covered for manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear or misuse.

• Glass is not covered after the initial 48 hours following delivery, and must be reported within this period.

Please note that Maze Rattans 1-year warranty only covers furniture for structural damage (framework), rust and fade in the UK.

The specification of furniture is made to withstand the weather conditions in the UK, and therefore may not be suitable to foreign climates. Extreme temperatures may cause the rattan to contract and expand, consequently leading to damage or cracking. Should the consumer wish to move furniture outside of the UK, Maze Rattan are not liable for any consequent damage, because of foreign weather conditions. 

Maze Rattan reserves the right to not apply the 1 Year Guarantee in cases where inappropriate misuse or in instances where the product/s have been tampered with by a third party. The guarantee will also not apply in instances deemed to be fair wear and tear. The 1-year guarantee is the maximum period covered and any replacement orders provided do not re-start the guarantee period. The guarantee begins from the date of dispatch.

Rattan Care:

• Use warm water and a non-abrasive/non-aggressive liquid detergent.

• Wipe using a soft damp cloth. Do not rub or scrub the surfaces with abrasive materials.

Fabric Furniture Care:

• For minor spills simply use warm water and a sponge to clean the surface of the furniture.

•  For more stubborn stains, or stains that have been left to dry, consider using a mild soap or fabric cleaner in a bucket of warm water. 

• Use a soft bristle brush to work the dirt loose.

Cushion Care:

• Cushion covers are showerproof. 

• Please store in a dry area when not in use. 

• Cushion covers can be cleaned with a damp cloth and warm soapy water.

• Do not use fabric softener/conditioner as this may impact the showerproof properties.

• Do not machine wash or tumble-dry cushion covers.

Table Care:

• Use coasters/mats to protect the surface when placing items.

• Do not put hot items directly on to the surfaces.

• Do not store glass on its side during assembly, safely place it on a flat surface.
