I was a little disapointed as the frame is not particularly smothed well, and the finish is a murky patchy waxed finish (it doesnt match any of our traditional well sanded pine furniture) but its still good value for money. The other reviewer was right about the screws for the slats (we screwed ours in using a battery screw gun, much quicker). although the instructions advise not to do this?

Looks good, nice and sturdy. It looks more expensive than it is, great value. Only trouble was screwing the slats down which was very hard work and we had to use some shorter screws.

Great looking and sturdy bed. Oozes quality at a respectable price.
