I wanted to write to you to tell you how pleased I am with the service from Mattress Man re my recent delivery.
I called customer services on Monday 13th October and placed an order for a divan base.
I was told at the time of order that my goods may be on a 7 day order, this was fine with me and I was happy to wait.
I then received a call on Tuesday 14th October telling me the bed was in stock, I was delighted.
The customer services person asked me when would be a convenient time to take delivery and as I was off work on Friday 18th October, asked for delivery that day.
The bed was delivered on Friday morning, the delivery driver was most courteous and polite.
I now have the bed set up and am totally delighted with it.
Thank you for your wonderful service and if any time I have friends or family who want to order a new bed, I will certainly recommend Mattress man to them.

The raised double Aerobed I purchased was about £20 cheaper than Argos and arrived the day after I had ordered it and within the delivery time promised. The assistant who took my order was very helpful and I received four emails confirming my order and despatch. The product itself has exceeded expectations: I bought it for my guest room and the first person to sleep on it – who suffers with terrible back problems – couldn’t believe how comfortable it was. I confirmed my order later that day and the mattress was delivered the very next day at lunchtime. I would find it difficult to better that for service!

We received our mattress this morning at 0720 hrs( very early) and are delighted with both the product and service we have received. All too often people are quick to complain but not thank, so in this instance I wanted to offer some positive feedback!
