I am extremely happy with the bed I bought from mattressman. It`s excellent value and was easy to assemble. I was also extremely impressed with the customer service which was efficient and helpful. In addition to this, the delivery was quick and efficient. They gave a 2 hour window and the bed arrived well within this. I would highly recommend mattressman.

Good quality, takes about 1 1/2 hours to assemble. The instructions could be clearer particularly the support bar fixing for the mattress base

Re the above review i have called Matttressman today to advise them of the slash on the right hand side of my bed (not that i would expect they could do anything cause it was built) and guess what spoke to a lovely lady in customer services who said not a problem Mrs Brooks we will send you a new side of the bed on Monday!!!!!!!!!I am so delighted and this has restored my faith had a lovely comfortable sleep last night and put all my bedding in the ottoman this morning.Thank you for stress free fantastic service!!!! One HAPPY costumer!!

Received the bed today order pretty straight forward delivered on time, then my husband unpacked the bed later on lots of fiddly bits, screws etc and unfortunately on the right side of the bed was a slash of leather the hole was right through the box and apart from the box and a tiny bit of spongy paper no protection at all had been used to prevent this?Instructions were clear enough but this bed took over 2 hours to build, it looks nice but had to change the positioning of the bed in my room due to the slashed side so not so happy will call company in morning but doubt anything can be done as we have built the bed! don't think it will last 15yrs like my last one
