What Are We Looking For?

• High Street locations from 2,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft
• Retail Park Units from 3,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft, mezzanine not required. Sub division of existing units will be considered
• Retail Park Consession Space, ground floor, from 1,750 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft
• Leasehold or Freehold will be considered
• Short to Long Term Leases will be considered
