I would advise you pay the extra for early delivery as I waited in all day and by 6pm still not arrived. I called them and they said they had already been!!!! Which was not true, they eventually came at 6.30pm!! Can`t fault the bed it is good quality for the money and looks gorgeous!! Apart from delivery, perfect.

Lovely bed. Arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Very efficient service from Matressman. I put it together on my own as I couldn`t wait, relatively simple to do. The only extra thing I needed was a small spanner to hold the nuts in place, allen keys were in the pack. Bought a Hypnos Evesham mattress to go with the bed frame and now have a really comfortable bed that looks good too.

I ordered this bed and Charcool mattress from Mattressman in Ipswich. I received very good service, delivery in a timely manner, product etc. Only one thing when the headboard turned up there were scratches and scuff marks on the top rail and clearly visible. I spoke with Customer Services who were expetionally helpful and very pro-active in ordering me a replacement. The 2nd was also marked/scratched but I finally received the new headboard in good order and condition, by next day delivery. Even though there was some mishaps with the headboard, i would still give this product 5 out of 5 as it is beautiful, better than described and the Charcool mattress fits like a dream. So thank you to Katie for sorting out our minor problems and also to herself and team for giving excellent service. It`s not very often we can be sincerley happy when things haven`t gone 100% perfectly, but I would use your company again and recommend to friends/family. Thanks
