This mattress is infused with 'CharCOOL' which has fantastic heat reducing properties. The CharCOOL Gold has a thick 100mm layer of CharCOOL memory foam that sits on a supportive layer of reflex foam.

Memory foam was originally developed by NASA for astronauts and is now used in mattress manufacturing, revolutionising the way mattresses support you. Reacting to pressure, the memory foam moulds to the contours of the body for unbeatable pressure relieving support.

CharCOOL has special humidity controlling properties which keeps you cool during sleep, helping with the stimulation of blood circulation and leaving you fully refreshed for the day ahead. This magnificent foam has also been known to improve metabolism and reduce fatigue within the body. The memory foam has a density of 50kg/m which is a standard level of density.

The CharCOOL mattress is 100% environmentally friendly and has a supremely comfortable micro quilted CoolZone cover. This mattress cover on the CharCOOL Gold mattress is infused with bamboo fibre for that natural cooler feel.

Please note as this is a memory foam mattress, you may expect a slight odour which should disappear within 2 - 4 weeks of use. This is due to the fire retardant spray used on the memory foam.
