At the heart of the mattress are 1400 zoned pocket springs. Pocket springs work differently from conventional open coil spring units as they work independently from one another like pistons, each encased in their own fabric pocket, these springs go further to shape to the contours of the body with a firmer gauge of pocket springs in sections of the mattress to offer greater support where it is needed most such as the lumbar region, and regular feel springs for the shoulders and hips area.

This unique construction helps minimise pressure points and aids spinal alignment. The spring unit is also surrounded by Sealy’s patented Unicase system, which gives the mattress Edge-to-Edge support.

In the fillings of the mattress is a generous layer of Innergetic Latex for outstanding natural comfort and pressure relief. 

The cover of the mattress is also made of Eco-friendly Tencel fibres that help to maintain a cool and dry sleeping surface.

This hand tufted mattress which is endorsed by the Orthopedic Advisory Board is also non-turn which means only end to end rotation is required.

It would make it suitable for the range of bed frames and divan bases we have available on our website.

Although stocked in a double and king size other sizes are available on a 14-day lead-time from Sealy Posturepedic.

Please note that even though this is a single sided no turn mattress, it still needs rotating from head to toe. Please see the care instructions that comes with the mattress once delivered.
