Be very careful when purchasing this (and perhaps any) pillow top mattress. What isn't stated anywhere is that after a month or so (even when the mattress is on a solid base) the pillow top will dip where you lie by around 2-5cm. The mattress was very comfortable at the start but after a while the dip became irritating. An independent inspector told us this dip is normal - the solution is to lie in the middle of the bed on the raised bit to even it out when you're in bed on your own!!! Unfortunately, an expensive disappointment.

The matress arived in good time Saturday morning and following the instructions it was allowed to air. The 34cm thickness made the bed really high so a small step was purchased to ease getting onto the bed,the hight is needed for getting off the bed with ease due to suffering with arthritus. It was everything we hoped for supportive with softness where needed. The quality is there and at half the price of high street competitors and delivery was great. The best nights sleep for a long time!
